Due to the current Coronavirus pandemic, the way we offer appointments has changed. Instead of face to face appointments, you will be offered a telephone consultion or be advised to complete an online consultion. If a face to face appointment is required following this (as advised by the clinician), a member of the practice team will arrange this for you.
If you are attending a face to face appointment with any member of the clinical team, please wear a face covering or mask for the safety of patients and staff. Staff will also be wearing full PPE and work areas are fully cleaned between patients.
Please be aware that as we are operating a one in one out system in the surgery, you may have to wait outside prior to your appointment. Please help to minimise this wait time by arriving on time for your appointment, rather than early or late.
Appointments may be made by telephoning 01457 862305, by calling at the surgery or booking your appointment with a GP online, please ask at reception about registering for this service.
Routine appointments may be made well in advance (maximum three months), which will enable us to offer you an appointment at a time best suited to your requirements. If you cannot keep an appointment, please inform us as soon as possible as this will assist in oversubscribed situations. If you frequently fail to attend appointments you may be removed from the Practice list.
If necessary we can arrange for you to have an interpreter or a chaperone with you at your consultation. Please enquire about these when you make your appointment.
You can also book your Appointments online. To sign up for this service please speak to our reception team. If you have your log-in information please click on the link below.
