If you need access to GP and Nurse appointments during evenings and weekends you can book an appointment at the Extended Access Service based at Howard Street Medical Centre 

You will need to book the appointment through the surgery. You will have a pre-booked time slot, and the GP/Nurse can access your medical record. GP's can also prescribe and refer as appropriate.

When are the appointments available?

• Monday to Friday: 6.30pm to 8.00pm
• Saturday to Sunday: 9.00am to 5.00pm

Please ring Simmondley on 01457 862 305 and a member of our reception team will book you an available evening or weekend appointment.
